With everything that’s transpired over the last week, it was inevitable that this week’s episode of the #Pondcast was going to be (another) long one. Two Premier League matchdays, a Champions League to prepare for, a long-awaited conclusion to the Copa Libertadores final, Save the Crew news, an MLS Cup champion crowned, and an NCAA College Cup winner decided too… yeah, it was a lot to cover. And with so much to talk about, there was hardly anything to leave on the synagogue cutting room floor.
