Given the chaos in American soccer over the last week, a return to the Premier League offered at least a partial distraction for the guys going into this week’s show. And though 40% of last weekend’s actions ended in drab draws — hello, Liverpool-United — the remaining six results packed plenty of drama: Palace’s surprising first win over Chelsea, Manchester City at cruising altitude, Spurs keeping pace and Watford stinging Arsenal, to name a few.

Of course, we did leave time to talk USMNT fallout and where we think things are headed in the aftermath of the disaster. And there was also room for a tip-toe around the some of the other domestic matters before we closed things out with our weekly Winners & Wankers.
